Reservation

A reservation is required for all cruises, please make your booking at least 48 hrs prior to desired date and time. Reservations are subject to the following cancellation policy:

Cancellations made 48 hours before the scheduled time, will receive a full refund.  If not canceled at least 48 hours before your departure are subject to a $20.00 cancellation fee.

Weather

If the weather is hazardous and if we determent the cruise, is not safe, you will not be charged and booking payment refunded. The determination of the weather condition can be made on the same day as your cruise. We will do our best to change your rental to a different day if you wish.

What to bring

Watertight bag for cell phone, sunblock, camera, sunglasses.  Children under 13 must wear an appropriate Coast Guard-approved PFD, please let us know if you are bringing a child so that appropriate PDF is on board for your Jungle Cruise.

 

The boat is equipped with all Coast Guard required safety equipment. In addition, Captain Kris is First Aid and CPR certified and a member of APCA (American Professional Captain Association).

Arriving

You have to arrive at your scheduled time. If you are going to be more than 20 minutes late, contact us to make arrangements, otherwise, you will be charged the full rental plus tax.
